Job Description:
Your responsibility will include but is not limited to:
Reconciliation : Daily cashbook reconciliation for main, salary, and project accounts; ensure bank transactions are up to date.
Payments & Invoicing : Process payments, load beneficiaries in accounting software, and generate payment files. Handle customer invoices, debit/credit notes, and interest charges on overdue accounts.
Foreign Exchange & Reporting : Manage foreign exchange for international travel, update cash accounts, and submit SARB reports. Process foreign payments/receipts and maintain export documentation.
