Fully computer literate (Office programs, emails, and Pastel).
Experience with creditors (stock entry on Pastel, monthly reconciliations).
Basic Excel knowledge (no advanced formulas needed).
Debtors: stock control, invoicing per delivery notes, and following up on outstanding payments.
Monthly diesel and fuel reconciliations on Excel.
Ability to send quotes from Pastel.
Strong email communication skills (correct spelling and grammar essential).
Some staff admin (leave control, basic office administration).
Comfortable working in a small office, often alone.
