LOOKING FOR SOMEONE INTERESTED IN DESPATCH CONTROLLER AND ADMIN SUPPORT .
Packaging- Ensure all parcels are packaged neatly & labelled with branded packing lists. Despatch area to be kept clean & tidy at all times.
Communication- Contacting clients for collections & arranging for deliveries. Continuous daily follow-up & updates on schedules. Export collections to be arranged with preferred logistics freight forwarder.
Reporting - Weekly delivery & collection status.
Driver- Manage driver for all customer deliveries, ensuring route is optimised & planned efficiently.
