Monitor and manage construction projects progress and budgets.
Responsible for both Quantity Surveyor and Project Management duties.
Assist with the management of budget, resource, consultant teams and contract management coordination.
Responsible for producing monthly and quarterly financial reports as well as managing and reconciling the budget.
Offer assistance with designing, initiating and implementing projects.
Experience in Quantity Surveying, Project Management environment and management of development projects.
