Core Functions - (Not limited to )
General understanding of all labour legislation (EEA, BCEA, LRA, Skills Development Act)
Support the development and implementation of HR systems and functions.
General HR Administration.
Manage Payroll Input Process
Accountable for the full induction and onboarding process
Accountable for the full exit process, UI-19 Card, Salary Schedule
Management of Employees files
Labour Relations including handling disciplinary cases, preparation for CCMA cases and representation at CCMA on behalf of the company.
