The ideal candidate will be responsable for providing expert support for the full Blue File suite, which currently includes Party Directory, Trade Contracts, Sales Agency Contracts, Task Management, Pricing, and Order Management with more Apps to come shortly.
This role involves supporting principal and sales agent users as well as the various App support structures to resolve issues, providing product training, and ensuring client satisfaction.
