B Degree / Diploma in Law or Labour Relations
4+ Years' SALGBC and CCMA Experience
Valid drivers license and a roadworthy motor vehicle registered in applicant's name is a requirement
Responsible for the referral of disputes and applications to the SALGBC and CCMA as well as representation of members in SALGBC arbitrations and CCMA
Render an effective and efficient service to members in terms of Labour Relations and Employment Law Policies and Practices
Ensure that members' interests are protected and enhanced within the guidelines of the law
