You will gain experience in the manufacturing process through on-the-job training in the key areas of the business which include customer service, purchasing, finance, technical, production, warehousing, and maintenance.​ Upon completion of the 12 month manufacturing learnership successful candidates will be offered full-time, permanent roles.
