Oversee the design, operation, and maintenance of utilities systems (steam, compressed air, HVAC, water treatment, refrigeration, etc.).
Conduct performance assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and sustainability objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and Project Engineers.
