Namibian National
Onshore and Offshore EPC Projects experience
Human Resource Management degree
Payroll qualification/ experience (at least 2-3 yrs).
3-5 years' experience as an HR Manager within a Projects/Engineering environment
Minimum 10 years Generalist HR experience
Knowledgeable of SAGE VIP & Eco Time (advantageous), and labour legislation.
Responsible for legislative compliance, managing reporting, and handling monthly payroll processing and administration, along with employee benefits.
Coordinate resourcing, project deployment, and associated travel requirements
