- Ensuring, at all times, plant and product quality.
- Follow the planned maintenance schedule and record the work on the maintenance record sheets.
- Continuously observe the plant to identify potential problem areas, bottle necks and possible areas where contamination can occur; then to discuss the possible corrective and preventative measures with the Production & Distribution Coordinator
- Ensure that the tools and equipment is kept is a good state of repair.
