National Diploma/BSc/B.Eng/B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering and/or Red Seal (Trade Tested: Millwright, Fitter, Electrician), with preference for expertise in at least two trades.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role within a mining environment.
Proven experience in managing maintenance teams.
Experience in training and managing mining crews.
Prior asset management experience.
