Minimum requirements:
Experience (including during articles) in corporate and commercial law
Newly admitted to 2 Years post article candidates are welcome to apply
Assist with mergers , acquisitions , and corporate restructuring transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts , agreements , and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations
Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and company law
