post that advetised My question is does companies advertises post that are already occupied because every time you apply for the job you don't even get the letter of regration with qualifications that they want and huge experience that they are looking for still you don't even make it to interview

Hi Alfred, I find it very frustrating too when I apply for a job and get no reply whatsoever!
I wish all companies had the decency to reply to all applicants, it makes such a huge difference...
