Our client, a boutique law firm, has an opportunity for a Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a driven and ambitious attorney with at least 1-2 years of post-admission experience.
Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation matters.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials.
Manage a busy caseload effectively.
