We are currently looking for an experienced Junior Helpdesk Support Technician.
This position will provide IT support to staff via phone, email, and in person.
The desktop technician’s role is to support and maintain in-house desktop infrastructure.
This includes deploying, configuring, diagnosing, and repairing desktop and laptop PCs and peripheral devices and ensuring optimal performance.
The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user training and assistance where required.
