Core qualifications, Skills set, and Experience MUST INCLUDE:
* Post graduate science or engineering degree in Environmental or similar field
* Must have successfully managed and completed (as lead) at least 5 Green Building Star Certifications
* Must be qualified as an Accredited Professional with Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA)
* Must be a team player
* Critical thinking and obsessive attention to detail
* Good project management and people skills
* Exemplary work ethic and not afraid to much in to get the job done
* Must be tough and have the ability to beat deadlines
