Requirements:
Strong experience in a customer orientated position
Previous experience in an inbound or outbound call center in a customer focussed environment. (If you haven’t worked in a contact centre ideally you have experience in a customer driven environment)
Excellent telephone etiquette and friendly communication
Confident at resolving problems
Flexible to work over a rotating roster
We offer an attractive base salary plus OTE and incentives.
