* Staff supervision - strong leadership and managerial skills. Performance management
* Monitoring of production workflow and output and ensuring production scheules are met or exceeded
* Monitoring of quality, Health and Safety
* Good understanding of:
CNC lathes, conventional, slotting, planning...
