A certificate in Hospitality would be advantageous
At least a 5 years experience as a Reservations Manager in a 4 star environment
Able to take the lead and head up the Reservations department
Strong reservations and booking conversion rate
Good computer skills and a be a system super user
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to grow existing business and have excellent client relation skills
